Guide for Online Registration

Online registration was closed.

Before starting online registration, please read the information for conference fee and Visa listed below.
And please check the information about awards for young researchers.

If you are a presenter of oral/poster presentation, please prepare your paper ID written in E-mail of abstract review results.
If you are the member of IWA, JSWE (Japan Society on Water Environment) or JWWA (Japan Water Works Association), please prepare your Member Number (ID).

Registration Fee

The registration fee covers lunch (coupon), coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail, the conference dinner, and the conference proceedings.
Accompanying persons' fee covers the lunch (coupon), coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and the conference dinner.
Undergraduate and graduate students can register at a discounted fee if they provide a school certificate or a copy of student card by FAX (+81-88-864-5163) or E-mail (agro2014_studentid@kochi-u.ac.jp).
The fees should be paid with credit card or bank transfer as Japanese Yen to AGRO'2014 Registration Secretariat.
However, on-site registraion only accepts credit card and cash (Japanese yen). Please show your member card or student card at on-site registration to get the reasonable price.

Visa application

The guide for VISA application to enter to Japan is available here.
The Japan government provides a program for exemption of VISA for the persons from the countries listed here.
Persons from the countries other than the list need an entry VISA. If you need the VISA, please write "apply for a visa" in the comment box at registration page. We will provide you necessary documents for the application only after confirming your registration fee payment.

You can find the nearest embassy or consulates here. If you have an accompanying family member registered for the symposium, send her/his information to the secretariat with your information. The outline of procedure for nationalities of China, Russian, CIS countries, or Georgia, Philippines, or other countries are available. You can contact to the nearest embassy or consulates for more information.

In case that you don't finish the payment before 30th, September, 2014, we cannot send you the letter.
It takes several weeks for preparing and reaching the document to you. We strongly recommend you to inform us your VISA application as soon as possible.
