　Dr. Takuro Noguchi joined the Center as a Postdoctoral Fellow.

●April 22, 2009.
　Kochi University decided to financially support the research project entitled
　 ‘Research Center for Global Environmental Change by Earth Drilling Sciences’
　which will start in April 1, 2010.
　The project leader is Assoc. Prof. Ikehara, and faculty staff
　at the Center are heavily involved in the project.

●April 9, 2009.　
　CMCR published a report on external evaluation.

●April 1, 2009.
　Mr. Takuya Matsuzaki joined the Technical Staff at the Center.
　Dr. Kota Katsuki and Dr. Asuka Yamaguchi joined the Center as Postdoctoral Fellows.
