NOTIFICATION FOR STUDENTS
We distribute information to students in the following ways.
| Asakura Campus | On a bulletin board in front of International Student Office and a bulletin board of Inter national Student Lounge(Student hall 1F). |
| Okoh Campus | By mean of documentation to each laboratory by the Ocou Campus Student Support section and the support group for International Students. |
| Monobe Campus | On the bulletin board in the Monobe Campus School Affairs Group and also distribute to each student's mailbox. |
There are important matters such as various event and application for a scholarship, please pay attention to the board at least once in every day.
ADVISOR TEACHER
Advisor teacher gives individual guidance / advices for students on the matters such as learning and researching, entrance into a school of higher grade. Please contact the advisor if you have any problem.
Besides, there will be occasions a recommendation note signed by the advisor teacher is necessary, such as in the case of scholarship application and tuition exemption application, so please make it ready for you to contact with the advisor teacher anytime.
TUTOR SYSTEM
For purposes of giving individual advices upon academic and livelihood matters, and improving the academic achievement, a tutor is matched with each international students who are new to Kochi University.
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS
- Undergraduate students(within 2 years after the entrance)
- Postgraduate students(within 1 year after the entrance) and researcher students. （excludes graduate of other Japanese university）
- Credited auditors
- Other students who are found to be in need of assistance.
※excludes students of Japanese language / Japanese culture workshops .
