Research Interests Recent Publications
I am a paleoceanographer/marine geologist who studies the history and causes of global climate change in the Earth's past.
  • Paleoceanographic change and material cycle involving the present and past oceans based on stable isotopes in foraminifera and organic geochemical tracers.
  • Variations of the Kuroshio pass and intensity during the Late Quaternary.
  • Late Quaternary cliamte change in the Soutehrn Ocean and Antarctica
  • Development and application of organic geochemical and stable isotopic techniques in paleoclimatology.
  • Culturing planktonic foraminiferal geochemistry for paleothermometer.
  • Carbon geochemistry of Archean hydrothermal sequence in the Pilbala, terrane, Western Austlaria.
