The CMCR is located on the Monobe Campus of Kochi University, close to the Kochi Ryoma Airport.
Time required to arrive at the CMCR is as follows:
- From Nankoku Interchange : about 20 minutes by car
- From Kochi Ryoma Airport (Domestic) : about 3 minutes by bus/taxi or about 15 minutes by walk
. Several domestic flights from major cities, Tokyo (Haneda), Osaka (Itami), Nagoya (Komaki), Fukuoka, are available at the Kochi Ryoma Airport, although there is no international direct flights.
for Tokyo: 1h 15min. (8 flights in a day); for Osaka: 40min. (14 flights) ; for Nagoya: 1 hr (3 flights); for Fukuoka: 1h (2 flights)
- From Gomen JR (train) Station : about 15 minutes by taxi
- From Kochi JR (train) Station : about 30 minutes by Airport Bus. From bus station front of the JR Kochi Station or Harimaya-Bashi bus station in downtown, take a bus for airport.

Take the Route 32 south from the Nankoku Interchange, then Route 55 east; follow the signs for Kochi Airport. On this side of the New Monobe River Bridge, take the Airport Line south.

The CMCR building is located at the north-west end of the Monobe Campus.
If you take the Airport Bus from Kochi JR Stations, please get off at the bus stop near the main gate, called the Nogakubu-mae (= in front of the Faculty of Agriculture).
