We perform several cell based screening assays and understand the molecular level of pharmacological effect. Hopes:Stress response is the important factor for cancer and several chronic disease. Thus, we try to discover molecular mechanism of stress response and new therapeutic targets. |

Hopes:We focus on development of NMR methodology suitable for marine sciences including solid-state NMR of quadrupole nuclei and rare-earth elements. |

The microbes include bacteria, archaea and microalgae. These microbes' ecology, phylogeny and metabology will also be studied. |
