- What is the project to extend the life of facilities and instruments for education and research?
- It is a project under special funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, started from 2011 fiscal year, to improve education and research environment through the promotion of the joint usage and reuse of existing instruments and the reinforcement of the support system for the instruments.
- I am a student/researcher outside. Can I use your instruments?
- Instruments, which a student/researcher outside can use, are listed in the homepage of each center/department having joint usable instruments. The reservation method and the usage fee are also listed. Please visit the homepages of The Facility for Research Instruments and Center for Advanced Marine Core Research via "Links" and check the term of "joint usability/outside" of the instrument you want to use. You can use the instrument marked by a circle on the item of "joint usability/outside".

- Please click in the order of "Members Inside Only", "Category" and "Name of Instrument". You can use the instrument marked by a circle on the item of "joint usability/inside".
- I am a student/researcher inside. Let me know how to reserve an instrument.
- Please visit the homepages of The Facility for Research Instruments and Center for Advanced Marine Core Research via "Links" and reserve the instrument through the homepages. If you cannot reserve the instrument through the homepages, please contact with the contact person of the instrument.
