A company founded in March 2018 by Dr. Ping-Yi Huang, a FY2008 graduate of the Kuroshio Science Program and his colleagues, was awarded the 2022 Outstanding Start-up Company Award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Department of Small and Medium Enterprises, Taiwan.
2008年度に黒潮圏海洋科学研究科を修了した黃秉益さんらが2018年3月に起業した「探索水產科技股份有限公司」が， 台湾経済部中小企業処により2022破殼而出企業獎（優秀スタートアップ企業賞）を受賞しました。
