Internal Quality Assurance (formerly "Organizational Evaluation")
The university has introduced a "Comprehensive Self-Evaluation of Faculty Activities" to enable each faculty member to objectively review their own work characteristics and workload and implement measures for self-improvement. Concurrently, we conduct "Organizational Evaluations" to assess the activities of each department as an organizational unit. By having each faculty member proactively engage in these self-assessments and evaluations, we aim to establish an "Internal Quality Assurance System."Starting in the 2020 academic year, we phased out the previous organizational evaluation system and began operating a new internal quality assurance framework.
