The fee for a disclosure request is 300 yen per corporate document containing the requested personal information.
This fee applies regardless of the number of pages in the copy. - Fees for Requests for Correction and Suspension of Service
There are no fees for requests for correction or suspension of service.
Delivery Method
Fees may be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
