(2) With regard to the officers of each independent administrative agency, etc. (entities subject to the Act on Disclosure of Information by Independent Administrative Agencies, etc.), such entities shall disclose information regarding retired public officials and former employees of the independent administrative agency, etc. Furthermore, they shall endeavor to ascertain and disclose information regarding retired public officials and former employees of the independent administrative agency, etc. who serve as officers of their subsidiaries and contractors of a certain size or larger. The Cabinet shall compile the disclosed information.

A. With regard to the officers of each independent administrative agency, etc. (entities subject to the Act on Disclosure of Information Held by Independent Administrative Agencies, etc. (Act No. 140 of 2001)), such entities shall disclose information regarding retired public officials and former employees of the independent administrative agency, etc. Furthermore, they shall endeavor to ascertain and disclose information regarding retired public officials and former employees of the independent administrative agency, etc. who serve as officers of their subsidiaries and contractors of a certain size or larger. The Cabinet shall compile the disclosed information.
