Here’s how students at the Asakura and Monobe campuses can make an appointment, so please take advantage of this service!
Individual Job Counseling: The Process from Booking to Consultation
STEP 01: Make a reservation on the dedicated website
Please answer the questions below.
*Providing detailed information about your inquiry will help the consultation go more smoothly!
STEP 02: Submit the documents
If you have any materials to use during the consultation, please send them to us in advance.
- Documents used during resume review and interview coaching (application forms, resumes, self-assessment forms, etc.)
- Please email the materials to be used during the review and interview sessions (such as application forms, resumes, and self-evaluation forms) by 3:00 PM one business day prior to your consultation date. Name the file as "Professor [Name] · Consultation Date · [Type of Guidance] · [Your Name]" and send it to the email address below (replace ● with @).
■Regarding the Format of Submitted Data
・For Word and PDF files

・For handwritten documents:
→ Scanned PDF files, or JPEG images taken without shadows or glare

STEP 03: The Day's Schedule
For online consultations
We use Microsoft Teams.
A counselor will call you at your scheduled time.
Be sure to download Teams in advance (if using a PC, be sure to download the desktop version),
and log in using your university-wide authentication ID.
For in-person consultations
Please arrive at the Career Services Office on the campus where you made your appointment, or at the Academic Affairs Office in the Monobe General Affairs Division, at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. At the counter, please provide your name and the name of the counselor you booked an appointment with via

Important Notes
- You cannot book multiple slots with the same counselor.
Please make your next appointment after your current session has ended. - Unauthorized cancellations are strictly prohibited.
If your plans change, please cancel through the system or contact the Career Services Office. - When seeking feedback on your application form, be sure to do so well in advance —ideally about a week before the submission deadline.
- Please refrain from contacting counselors directly outside of their scheduled hours.
