2012 Skipjack Tuna Seminar in Kochi
Date:
We are hosting a seminar for anyone interested in bonito to exchange information and opinions, with the aim of reevaluating the value of bonito—which has helped shape Japan’s rich food culture—and exploring “how best to coexist with” this fish.
This event will serve as a forum for diverse discussions spanning sociology, resource science, food science, and more, transcending all boundaries between the humanities and sciences, as well as between industry and academia.
Everyone is welcome to attend; no reservation is required, and participation is free of charge. Please see the program for details.
