From Wednesday, April 21 to Tuesday, May 18, 2010, the General Information Center (Library) will hold a public exhibition of its collection of related materials under the title “Across the Seas at the End of the Edo Period: The Life of John Manjiro and Japan’s First English Conversation Book, ‘Shortcut to English-American Conversation’.”
"Shortcuts to Anglo-American Dialogue" is a valuable collection held at eight locations nationwide, including the Prefectural Library and our university here in the prefecture.
