Special Lecture: "The State of Science and Universities in Japan from the Perspective of Science Metrics"

On March 8, 2013, we will host a special lecture titled “The State of Japanese Science and Universities from the Perspective of Science Metrics,” featuring Terutaka Kuwahara, Director of the National Institute of Science and Technology Policy.
Based on the "2011 Benchmarking of Japanese Universities Focusing on Research Papers" conducted by the National Institute of Science and Technology Policy, the speaker will discuss the state of research at Japanese universities, as well as their characteristics (strengths) and positioning.
Admission is free, and no advance registration is required.
