Office for the Promotion of Gender Equality: "FY2012 First Work-Life Balance Seminar"

The Office for the Promotion of Gender Equality at Kochi University will be hosting a workshop on work-life balance.
For this first session, titled “Ask Ms. Atsumi! How to Lead a Fulfilling Life Balancing Childcare, Caregiving, and Work,” we are pleased to welcome Ms. Yuki Atsumi as our guest speaker. Ms. Atsumi is a prominent figure on television and serves as a member of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s Expert Panel.
Ms. Atsumi also serves as the Director of the Diversity & Work-Life Balance Research Department at Toray Management Research Institute, Inc., and has extensive experience in research and consulting regarding work-life balance in the corporate sector. Furthermore, having taken parental leave twice and cared for her father, she will speak about work-life balance by weaving together research-based theories and her personal experiences.
This event is open to everyone in the community, including students currently job hunting.
