Lecture on the Management of Evacuation Centers During Earthquakes

We are pleased to invite Kazuhiko Amano, Specially Appointed Associate Professor at the Fukushima University Utsukushima Fukushima Future Support Center, who was involved in the operation of evacuation shelters during the Great East Japan Earthquake, to present a lecture and workshop titled “The Evacuation Shelter at That Time… 169 Days Supported by ‘Odagai-sama’—Lessons Learned from the Big Palette Fukushima Evacuation Shelter.”
