　Mr. Takahiro Hagiwara (Director, Mineral Resources Division, Resources and Fuels Department, Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), Mr. Tetsuro Urabe (Advisor, Japan Mineral Exploration Center (JMEC)),We have invited three speakers—Mr. Toru Okabe (Professor, Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo)—to deliver a lecture titled “Interdisciplinary Human Resource Development for the Exploration and Utilization of Rare Metals: Expectations for Seabed Mineral Resources,” during which they will introduce this project.
