Intellectual property rights encompass a wide range of categories, including patents, trademarks, design rights, copyrights, and plant variety rights. In this seminar, we will clearly explain the fundamental knowledge you need to know—such as the nature of each type of right—in a way that is easy to understand for both students preparing to enter the workforce and professionals already in the business world.
