Joint Symposium on System Reform for the Development of Young Researchers, Hosted by Kochi University and the University of the Ryukyus

We are pleased to announce that a joint symposium between Kochi University and the University of the Ryukyus, titled “Symposium on System Reform for the Development of Young Researchers,” will be held on the dates listed below.
This symposium is part of the “Innovative Marine Technology Researcher Development” initiative. We are pleased to welcome Mr. Fumio Inagaki, Group Leader of the Deep Biosphere Research Group at the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) Kochi Core Research Institute, as a special guest speaker. Additionally, two tenure-track faculty members from our university and two young faculty members from the University of the Ryukyus—who were initially hired as tenure-track faculty and later granted tenure—will present their joint research findings.Please refer to the attached PDF file for program details.
