3rd Intensive Course (Home-Based Cancer Care and Palliative Care): Challenges in Home-Based Cancer Care
Date:
Kochi University will once again host an intensive seminar (Home-Based Cancer Care and Palliative Care) this year, following last year’s event. The seminar is designed for healthcare professionals involved in cancer care within the region. Its goal is to foster professionals capable of understanding and utilizing home-based care from the perspectives of cancer treatment, palliative care, and elderly care, thereby enabling multidisciplinary collaboration to provide seamless, community-based medical care. The program will feature multidisciplinary workshops conducted in a World Café format, as well as mini-lectures by social workers.
Please note that if you attend the “Home-Based Cancer Care Lecture Series” scheduled for November–December in conjunction with this seminar, you will receive a certificate of completion for the Intensive Course from the Chugoku-Shikoku Wide-Area Cancer Professional Training Consortium.
