"Project to Support Local SMEs in Recruiting and Retaining International Talent" Internship Report Session

The "Project to Support the Recruitment and Retention of International Talent for Regional SMEs" is an initiative commissioned to the Shikoku Productivity Center as a subsidized project by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency and the National Federation of Small and Medium Enterprise Associations. The project aims to support the global expansion of SMEs by utilizing international students in Japan, providing integrated services ranging from matching SMEs with these global talents to their training and retention.
This fiscal year, Kochi University and the Shikoku Productivity Center jointly implemented several projects. As part of this initiative, we will hold an “Internship Report Session” featuring four international students who completed internships at companies in Kochi Prefecture.
