Intellectual Property Seminar

The Kochi University Center for Regional Collaboration will host an intellectual property seminar for students, faculty and staff, businesses, entrepreneurs, and local government officials.
We are pleased to welcome Professor Takayuki Sakai from Tokushima University. Drawing on his extensive experience in commercializing university research, he will deliver a lecture on the process from generating research outcomes to commercialization, as well as methods for commercialization. He will also provide an easy-to-understand explanation of the basics of intellectual property, making this an excellent opportunity to learn about industry-academia collaboration, technology transfer, and intellectual property. We hope you will join us.
