Autumn is the season for art! Kashiwajima Kids Art School—Let’s create ocean-themed art together with Kochi University students!

Faculty of Regional Collaboration, in collaboration with the NPO Kuroshio Experience Center, will host the "3rd Marine Terakoya in Kashiwajima."
The theme of this event is "The Sea God." We will be organizing a beachcombing activity on Kashiwajima Island for elementary school students, during which they will create artworks using driftwood and other items they find on the beach. This activity is designed to foster an appreciation for the environment and beautification while also introducing participants to the joy of crafting.
Students from Faculty of Regional Collaboration (1st year), Faculty of Education (3rd year), and Faculty (4th year) will participate and create ocean-themed art together with the children.
