The 5th Kochi Core Center Lecture: "Chikyu" Comes to Kochi—From the Mysteries of Earthquakes to Life Beneath the Seabed

 We will hold a lecture to introduce the research conducted at the Kochi Core Center, which is jointly operated by the Kochi University Marine Science Research Center the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) Kochi Core Research Institute.

 This lecture series will focus on the deep-sea research vessel "Chikyu," which will conduct the Biosphere Drilling Survey (T-Limit) off the coast of Muroto from September through November.

 The first 1,000 visitors will receive free tickets to the "Chikyu Public Open House" taking place on November 12 and 13 (Location: Kochi New Port)!!

 We look forward to seeing many of you there.
