5th Intensive Course (Home-Based Cancer Care and Palliative Care) Lecture on Home-Based Cancer Care

The "Chugoku-Shikoku Advanced Cancer Specialist Training Program," in which our university participates, brings together 10 universities located in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions into a single consortium with the aim of producing cancer specialists and distributing them evenly across this vast region.
Within this program, our university serves as the lead institution for the Home-Based Cancer Care Working Group. Through this initiative, we organize seminars and lectures aimed at deepening the understanding of home-based cancer care among healthcare professionals involved in cancer and home-based medical care.
For this event, we are pleased to welcome Dr. Yasunori Nagai, Chairman of the Medical Corporation Yu no Mori and an active home-based physician, as our guest speaker. He will deliver a lecture titled “Home-Based Medical Care Through Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Supporting ‘Living Life on One’s Own Terms.’”
The event is open not only to healthcare professionals but also to anyone interested in home-based cancer care.

Please note that those who attend this lecture in conjunction with the 7th “Intensive Course (Home Cancer Care and Palliative Care) Seminar: ‘Supporting Home Cancer Care,’” held in August, will be awarded a certificate of completion for the Intensive Course.
