A poster presented Affiliated Kindergarten at the 20th Library Fair on "Efforts to Revitalize the Library to Make It Easier for Preschoolers to Choose Books" is on display at the library.

Date:

As more college students are turning away from reading, there is a renewed recognition of the importance of fostering reading habits from early childhood. Affiliated Kindergarten, parent volunteers and childcare staff worked together to revitalize the library over the course of about a year, creating a reading environment where children can easily choose books they like on their own. They compiled a record of this process into a book. The poster used during a presentation by a former parent and the principal at the Library Comprehensive Exhibition from October 30 to November 1, 2018, regarding this series of initiatives, is currently on display at the entrance of the Central Library. Please feel free to take a look.
