Performance Improvement Seminar for Organizations: Leveraging an Understanding of Personality

Date:

In today’s society, opportunities to collaborate with a diverse range of people are increasing more and more. At the same time, however, as communication via email and social media grows, there are frequent instances where direct human interaction is suffering as a result. In tasks that require teamwork, the breakdown of interpersonal relationships or strained dynamics directly undermine workplace performance. An environment where colleagues are subjected to significant stress due to self-centered behavior, inappropriate remarks, aggressive attitudes, or excessive fixation on specific issues will inevitably reduce the performance of the entire team.Furthermore, even individuals with knowledge, skills, and qualifications cannot fully utilize their abilities if they experience significant difficulties in building relationships or communicating effectively. For managers who want their employees to maximize their potential, organizational performance is a critical challenge, yet resolving communication issues is no easy task. Therefore, this seminar will explore ways to enhance organizational performance by providing insights into personality types—a topic of growing interest—and how to respond to them effectively. Please refer to the separate flyer for details.
