Announcement Regarding the 2019 COC+ "Kochi Tourism College"

Since fiscal year 2015, higher education institutions within the prefecture, Kochi Prefecture, and local economic organizations (the Tosa Keizai Doyukai, the Kochi Prefecture Small and Medium Enterprise Association, the Kochi Prefecture Industrial Association, and the Kochi Prefecture Management Association) have been collaborating to implement the “Town, People, and Jobs Revitalization: Kochi Innovation System” initiative as a project aimed at regional revitalization.
As part of this initiative, we have launched the “Kochi Tourism College,” designed to cultivate talent capable of contributing to the tourism sector, with a carefully selected curriculum and faculty.
Applications for the FY2019 COC+ “Kochi Tourism College” are being accepted from Monday, September 2, to Friday, October 25. A keynote lecture open to the general public will be held on October 30 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM in the Media Hall. The speaker will be Mr. Keiichiro Yamada, Representative of JTIC.SWISS.
