 The Kochi University Degree Conferment Ceremony for the 2021 Academic Year will be held as follows.

 In accordance with measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, attendance at the ceremony will be limited to graduates and program completers, and the event will be held in three separate sessions. The ceremony will also be livestreamed online.

Those wishing to attend must register in advance. Details on how to apply will be announced via the Kochi University Academic Information System (KULAS), so please check there.

For other requests and announcements regarding attendance, please check this page or the latest updates posted on KULAS.

◆To family members, relatives, and other concerned parties

 In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we kindly ask that only graduates and certificate recipients attend the ceremony. We also ask that you refrain from meeting graduates and certificate recipients or taking commemorative photos in the vicinity of the venue. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Receive Your Diploma

 Degree certificates for graduates other than those receiving them in person at the ceremonies will be mailed starting on Wednesday, March 23.

Information on Commemorative Photos

 We will be setting up commemorative standing signs in front of Faculty at the Asakura, Okayu, and Monobe campuses to celebrate your graduation. Please feel free to use them for commemorative photos. [Display Period: Friday, March 18 – Monday, March 28]
