Since fiscal year 2021, Kochi University has been implementing the "Project to Enhance the Meat Quality and Brand Value of the Kochi Line of Japanese Brown Horses" with funding from the National Horse Racing and Livestock Promotion Association.
I will be presenting a report on the research findings from this project, as well as a lecture on digital transformation (DX) that will enable further advancements in the meat quality and brand strength of Tosa Akaushi.
