◆ We are hosting the Tosa FBC III Symposium: "Bringing Kochi's Cuisine to the World"

 The Kochi University Tosa Food Business Creator Human Resources Development Project (Tosa FBC) is operated in collaboration with local organizations and businesses, including a course funded by a grant from Kochi Prefecture, as part of a food industry human resources development initiative linked to the Kochi Prefecture Industrial Promotion Plan. The project’s third phase (its 15th year) will conclude in fiscal year 2022.

 In Phase 3, we have aimed to strengthen the research and development capabilities of food-related companies in order to foster innovation and develop sustainable business practices.

 In conjunction with the presentation of results for fiscal year 2022, we are pleased to announce that the Tosa FBC III Symposium will be held as follows, under the theme “Bringing Kochi’s Cuisine to the World,” to review the third phase of the project and outline plans for the fourth phase beginning in fiscal year 2023.

 This symposium is open to everyone, so we look forward to your participation.
