 The Kochi University Degree Conferment Ceremony for the 2022 Academic Year will be held as follows.

 Attendance at the ceremony is limited to graduates and program completers, and the event will be held in two sessions. The ceremony will also be livestreamed online.

 ◆To Our Graduates and Program Completers

 We will not require attendees to wear masks at the ceremony venue. However, we ask for your cooperation in following basic infection prevention measures, such as handwashing and hand sanitizing.

 You may enter the venue one hour before the ceremony begins. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, as the area is expected to be crowded just before the ceremony starts.

 If you are feeling unwell, such as having cold symptoms, please stay home.

 In addition, please check this page, KULAS messages, and the bulletin board for any requests or announcements regarding attendance.

 ◆To family members, relatives, and other concerned parties

 Please watch the ceremony via the live stream below.

 You are welcome to enter the university campus, but please use public transportation when visiting.

How to Receive Your Diploma

 Degree certificates for graduates other than those receiving them in person at the ceremonies will be mailed starting Thursday, March 23.

Information on Commemorative Photos

 To commemorate your graduation, we will be setting up commemorative signs in front of Faculty Asakura, Okayama, and Monobe campuses. Please feel free to use them as backdrops for your graduation photos. [Display period: Saturday, March 18 – Tuesday, March 28]
