We are pleased to announce the schedule for early April events, including the new student orientation. All new students are required to attend.

Tuesday, April 4: Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Agriculture and Marine Science, Faculty of Regional Collaboration
*Information Medical School will be mailed separately around the end of February. (For those who are subsequently accepted, we plan to mail the information in order following the announcement of acceptance results.)

◆Important Notes for Attending Orientation and Other Events
・If you have COVID-19, have been identified as a close contact, or are experiencing a fever or cold symptoms (such as sneezing, a runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or joint pain), please refrain from attending. If you are unable to attend, we will address your situation individually at a later date; please be sure to contact Faculty academic affairs Faculty listed at the bottom of this page.
・Hand sanitizer will be available at the classroom entrance; please use it before entering.
・Since the class will be held with the windows open for ventilation, please dress appropriately to stay warm.
・We do not require you to wear a mask.
◆Schedule for the Delivery of University-Recommended Computers by the Kochi University Co-op for the 2023 Academic Year
We will distribute these materials after the orientation for new students Faculty has concluded. ( Medical School will send its materials separately by mail.)

10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture and Marine Science
We will issue your university-wide authentication ID and password.
・Information Security Training for New Students: Wednesday, April 5 – Friday, April 7
・Health Checkup: Thursday, April 6 – Friday, April 7
・First Semester Course Registration Period: Wednesday, April 5 – Saturday, April 8
