The 3rd Symposium on the "Project to Enhance the Meat Quality and Brand Value of Tosa Akaushi," titled "The Future of Tosa Akaushi Unlocked by DX (*)," will be held in person and online as detailed below.
I will present a report on the research findings from the Livestock Promotion Project of the National Horse Racing and Livestock Promotion Association, which has been underway since fiscal year 2021 to improve the meat quality and brand value of the Kochi strain of the Japanese Brown Cattle (Tosa Akaushi), a regionally designated breed. I will also deliver a lecture on initiatives designed to drive further growth for Tosa Akaushi and the livestock industry.
