The Tosa Food Business Creator Human Resources Development Project (Tosa FBC) will hold its fiscal year 2023 graduation ceremony and成果発表会 at The Minits in Nankoku City.
Tosa FBC was launched in fiscal year 2008 as part of a food industry human resources development initiative linked to the Kochi Prefecture Industrial Promotion Plan. It is currently operated through donations from Kochi Prefecture and collaboration with local organizations and businesses. In the fourth phase of the program (Tosa FBC IV), which began in fiscal year 2023, participants have gathered not only from Kochi but also from across Japan and overseas, with 43 participants (757 in total since the program’s inception) set to graduate.
At the成果発表会, which is open to the general public, there will be a keynote speech titled "Developing Long-Selling Products: Creating Innovative Products" by Mr. Hitoshi Arao, a director and auditor of the Japan Society for Market Creation, as well as presentations by this year's graduates.
