This event features a variety of programs, including a keynote speech by Professor Yutaka Matsuo of the University of Tokyo, Chair of the Cabinet Office’s AI Strategy Council. We hope you will join us.

Purpose
Kochi is a charming and distinctive region, woven together by a rich culinary culture, a unique history, and warm-hearted people. However, as a region facing the serious challenge of population decline, the sustainability of this attractive area is in jeopardy. By discussing initiatives that combine the region’s strengths with a global perspective to address these challenges from various angles, and by envisioning Kochi’s future, we aim to create a forum for shaping the future of Japan—which will eventually face similar challenges—and indeed the world.
