 We are hosting a public lecture as part of a joint study group between the "Shimanto Seaweed Eco-Innovation Co-creation Hub" (commonly known as "Shimanoba") and Kochi University’s Tosa Food Business Creator Human Resources Development Project (Tosa FBC).

 At Shimanoba, we have been implementing a variety of initiatives with the vision of fostering sustainable regional industries and communities through seaweed-based innovation.

 Established in April 2008, Tosa FBC is dedicated to developing professionals with expertise in food processing, marketing, and related fields who will serve as the backbone of Kochi Prefecture’s food industry.

 In this public seminar, we will explore initiatives aimed at enhancing value through food processing and functional properties, and discuss ways to collaboratively promote a sustainable seaweed industry and revitalize local communities. If you are interested in this seminar, we encourage you to join us.
