◆We will be holding a public lecture titled "Preventing Deaths from Overwork"

Date:

The Office for the Promotion of Gender Equality is pleased to announce the upcoming public lecture titled “Lecture on Preventing Deaths from Overwork.”
This seminar is designed to deepen understanding of labor issues and the improvement of working conditions by utilizing the “Classes on Thinking About Work” program, which is commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. In recent years, issues related to working conditions—including “deaths from overwork”—have garnered significant public attention. To ensure that students gain a proper understanding of the rules governing employment and labor issues, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare dispatches experts and bereaved families of karoshi victims to schools to conduct awareness-raising classes.
This seminar offers a valuable opportunity for students about to enter the workforce to acquire the knowledge necessary to protect themselves. Let us acquire basic knowledge about labor and work together to build a society where people can work with peace of mind.
