　Supporting student extracurricular activities! Anyone can easily support students right from their smartphone!

　The "Kochi University Giving Campaign 2025," an event designed to help student organizations raise funds for their activities and to support students' extracurricular pursuits, will be held from Friday, October 10, to Sunday, October 19. This event will also be held at 110 universities nationwide.

　The Giving Campaign is an online event that began in 2021, and this marks its sixth iteration. Participating student groups will promote their activities on social media and through alumni networks during the event period to solicit support and donations.

　A key feature of this event is that the barrier to entry is low, making it easy for anyone to participate. Unlike traditional crowdfunding, simply sending a "vote of support" also helps support the students. You can vote on the spot using your smartphone via the special website; you may vote for one group per university, and there is absolutely no cost.

　Participating student groups can receive funding from partner companies supporting the Giving Campaign by collecting votes. The more votes they receive, the greater their chance of securing funding. Additionally, after voting, you can make a direct donation to a group. Donations start at 1,000 yen, and you can choose from four payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, PayPay, and bank transfer.
