Faculty of EducationAffiliated Special Education SchoolFaculty of Education, and its Affiliated Special Education School will hold the "27th Education Research Conference" in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation.
At our special needs school, we conduct research progress reports, open classes, poster presentations, and breakout sessions. These activities not only allow us to receive feedback on our educational practices and research outcomes but also enable us, as the hub school Special Needs Education, to disseminate information to the local community and apply these insights to our future educational initiatives.
This educational research group has been conducting a three-year study under the theme of “Curriculum Management from the Perspective of Independent Living Activities in Special Education for Students with Intellectual Disabilities.” In the final year of this project, we will hold research presentations, open classes, and Faculty.We are also pleased to welcome Mr. Naoto Shimoyama, a part-time lecturer in the Music Department at Ueno Gakuen Junior College and a part-time lecturer at the Teacher Training Facility for the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Tsukuba, who will deliver a lecture on the theme “Independence Activities in Special Support Schools for Students with Intellectual Disabilities: Concepts and Practical Classroom Applications.” We encourage anyone interested to attend.
