◆Announcement Regarding the 4th "Regional × International" Seminar: "Maze-koja KOCHI—Our Mindset Shift Starting with 1% Foreign Roots Population!"

The 4th Kochi University "Regional × International" Seminar: Mazekoja KOCHI will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Kochi University Asakura Campus.
This seminar is being held under Kochi University’s motto, “From the Region to the World, From the World to the Region,” to foster “glocal talent” who will drive the internationalization of the region and to promote the creation of networks that support their activities. We aim to cultivate an environment where three groups can collaborate: individuals who address regional issues from a global perspective, those who tackle global issues from a local perspective, and foreign residents of Kochi Prefecture, whom we regard as key partners in community development.
We are also working to establish a new collaborative framework to promote the internationalization of the region by forming a cross-sectoral network among practitioners engaged in “Regional × International” initiatives within the prefecture and foreign residents active in Kochi. Through this project, why not take the first step toward people from diverse backgrounds learning from one another and jointly creating the future of our region? We invite anyone interested to join us.

■ Location: Kochi University Asakura Campus (Room 231, General Education Building No. 2)
■ Capacity: Approximately 50 participants
