We have been certified as a "Kochi Prefecture Next-Generation Development Support Company"

Kochi University, a National University Corporation, was certified as a “Kochi Prefecture Next-Generation Support Company” on November 24, Heisei 22, in recognition of its formulation, implementation, and achievements regarding the General Employer Action Plan under the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation—specifically, Phase 1 (FY Heisei 17–FY Heisei 21) and Phase 2 (FY Heisei 22–FY Heisei 26).
This program is a prefectural certification system that recognizes companies actively working to create a workplace environment conducive to child-rearing, such as making it easier for both men and women to work and promoting work-life balance. Certified companies are authorized to use the “Kochi Prefecture Next Generation Support Company Certification Mark.”
