Takamasa Matsuda, a Specially Appointed Lecturer at Kochi University’s Tosa FBC (and Representative Director of Kochi Kurashi no Gakko Co., Ltd.), has become the first person in Japan to be certified at Level 6—the highest rank in the “Food Sixth-Industry Producer (Food Pro)” program, one of the Cabinet Office’s practical vocational skills assessment and certification systems (Career Ranking System).
