In response to the nationwide spread of COVID-19, the Faculty of Education’s affiliated kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and special needs school have decided to cancel the graduation ceremonies that were scheduled to be held at each institution.
We understand that for our graduates, as well as their parents, current students, and all other members of our school community, the graduation ceremonies mark a significant milestone. We are certain that you have all been eagerly anticipating this day and have made various preparations in anticipation of it.
In response to a request from the government, our affiliated schools have been closed since March 2, and we have implemented measures to prevent group infections by keeping preschoolers, elementary school students, and high school students from attending school. Recently, the number of cases in Kochi City has been on the rise. Given these circumstances, we have made this difficult decision, prioritizing the prevention of the spread of infection above all else.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
That's all
