　We recently held the award ceremony for the 2022 Kochi University Research Recognition Program (Research Achievement Award, Outstanding Research Award for Young Faculty, and Graduate Student Research Encouragement Award).

　The purpose of this research recognition program is to encourage faculty members and graduate students to engage in research by having the President recognize individuals who have conducted outstanding research, thereby aiming to revitalize and further advance research at this university.

　In fiscal year 2022, one recipient was honored with the Research Achievement Award, three with the Outstanding Young Faculty Research Award, and five with the Graduate Student Research Encouragement Award, all in recognition of their potential for future contributions to the field.
