　On Wednesday, March 13, we held the award ceremony for the 2023 Kochi University Research Recognition Program (Research Achievement Award, Outstanding Research Award for Young Faculty, and Graduate Student Research Encouragement Award).

　The purpose of this research recognition program is to encourage faculty members and graduate students to engage in research by having the President recognize individuals who have conducted outstanding research, thereby aiming to revitalize and further advance research at this university.

　In fiscal year 2023, the following awards were presented to researchers expected to make significant contributions in the future: one Research Achievement Award, one Outstanding Young Faculty Research Award, and six Graduate Student Research Encouragement Awards.
