◆Tosa Food Business Creator Talent Development Program: Now Accepting Applications for the 2025 Academic Year

Kochi University is currently accepting applications for the 2025 academic year of the Tosa Food Business Creator Human Resources Development Project (Tosa FBC).
To date, Tosa FBC has implemented an educational program for working professionals through collaboration among local industry, academia, and government. The program aims to cultivate specialized professionals who will serve as the core of Kochi Prefecture’s food industry, as well as foundational talent that will contribute to the expansion of the prefecture’s food sector. The curriculum consists of lectures on food technology—such as food manufacturing, processing, and quality control—as well as management-related subjects like marketing and business administration. Graduates are active as food business creators in various fields, including food manufacturers, government agencies, and organizations.
