This award is presented Graduate School advanced technical college Graduate School who have achieved outstanding research accomplishments in the field of chemistry.
 Mr. Kataoka is a member of the Functional Inorganic Compounds Research Group led by Professor Tadao Ueda and Associate Professor Shuhei Ogawa. For his master’s thesis, he conducted research titled “Development of Heterogeneous Cation-Doped ZrO₂ Catalysts Promoting Low-Temperature Electric Field-Assisted Propane Dehydrogenation,” and his research achievements were highly evaluated, leading to this award.
