We do not serve meals at this facility, but there are restaurants and other dining options in the surrounding area.

From December 29 through January 3 of the following year. (Overnight stays are not available on the 28th.)
Application procedure
(1) Check for room availability
University staff members should contact the Cashier’s Office in the Accounting Division (ext. 8125) directly.
All others should contact the coordinator (limited to university staff).
(2) Application
For University Staff Members
Application forms are available at the Cashier’s Office in the Accounting Division; please contact them.
Please fill out the application form and submit it to the Cashier’s Office in the Accounting Division.
For individuals other than University staff members, please submit your application through the designated representative (limited to University staff members) listed above.
(3) Payment of fees
Please pay the usage fee by the day of your stay.
Please note that, as a general rule, usage fees already paid are non-refundable. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation.
(4) Receiving the key
Please pick up your key from the Cashier’s Office in the Accounting Department on the day of your stay.
Please note that after your stay, you may return the key by placing it in the return box located inside the facility.
